Subject: Show Cause Notice
There were complaints against you that on 28-05-04, during checking of passengers at Poona Terminal, you let the passengers, to board in the bus with out security checking. More over on 29-07-04, you fought with a passenger and beaten him at Delhi Terminal. Within three months you made sever violations of company rules and discipline which shows that your performance is not upto the required standard.
Show cause, why disciplinary action may not be taken against you as per article 12 (1) of Hindustan Standing Order Ordinance 1968.
You are, therefore, required to reply this show cause notice within three days of the receipt of this letter. In case you failed to reply within the stipulated period it would be presumed that you have nothing to explain in your defense and ex-parte action will be initiated against you.
