Subject: Show Cause Notice
There was a complaint against you that on 28-05-04, you passed on some instructions to the security guard to let one passenger board in the bus with out security checking on your own discretion.
Your above said action amount’s within the meaning of article 15 (1) (ii) (a) of Hindustan Standing Order Ordinance 1968.
You are, therefore, required to reply this show cause notice within three days of the receipt of this letter. In case you failed to reply within the stipulated period it would be presumed that you have nothing to explain in your defense and ex-parte action will be initiated against you.
